Check the air filter and see if it is dirty, if you think it is.

that LL bogged badly used at maximum speed and gas well, even reluctant, or sputter off, some will stop, even without someone trying to start it and see how it works is one way to know if you need, you said you had more gas in order to leave it, perhaps even an addition to the age or the need for cleaning and re-enter or replaced it.good chance.

Basically, I clean the air filter after every trip.
I emptied the pond to wash the bike to verify any lubricant, oil, and the bike is ready to go.

As a beginner, it is easier for you to easily find many of these things.
Get a manual, a friend who knows something and leave the maintenance to broaden their horizons.

the nature of your question, I recommend you to clean before the restart. You can also bet that you need an oil change immediately. You must learn to do your best to maintain.

The only way to tell is to look at. You should check it once a week. If you have a vehicle in dusty conditions, which must be cleaned after each trip. If there is more than a month without cleaning and oiling is for you to do it now!
